Also known as garbanzo beans, our American- grown chickpeas are bursting with flavor and health benefits. An excellent source of carbohydrate, plant-based protein, fiber, B vitamins, and minerals, our easy-to-cook chickpeas are great on a salad, toasted as a snack, added to soups and casseroles, or blended with tahini to make a hummus spread.
