Location Information: We may automatically collect information about your precise geolocation when you access the mobile version of our website using GPS and WiFi technology. We also collect information about your general location using your IP address and your zip code if you search online for product retailers near you.

Demographic Information: We may collect demographic information, such as your age or date of birth.  We might also collect information about the age ranges of others in your household.    

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

We use information to respond to your requests or questions. We use your information to respond to your questions, complaints, and feedback. If your request relates to product transactions, we may also use your information to identify the particular transaction or product and make any payment adjustments. We also use your information to notify you if you win a sweepstakes or contest.

We use information to communicate with you. We might also use your information to contact you about this Policy (and any updates thereto) or our website Terms.

We use information for security purposes. We use information to protect our company (including our websites) and our customers. We may also need to use your personal information to investigate and remediate fraud or other suspected illegal activity.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you will automatically consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

SECTION 4 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

SECTION 5 – SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.  .  You acknowledge that your continued use of our services after we publish or send a notice about changes to this privacy policy means that collection, use and sharing of your personal information is subject to the updated privacy policy.    Please check our website periodically for updates.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

SECTION 9 – CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If applicable, if you are a California resident, you can make the following requests with respect to your personal information:

Access – You can request that we disclose to you the following: (i) the categories of personal information that we have collected about you; (ii) the categories of sources from which we have collected personal information about you; (iii) the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling your personal information; (iv) the categories of personal information that we have sold about you and the categories of outside parties to whom the personal information was sold; (v) the categories of personal information that we have disclosed about you for our business purposes and the categories of vendors to whom the personal information was disclosed; and (vi) the specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you over the past 12 months.

Deletion – You can request that we delete the personal information that we maintain about you, subject to certain exceptions.

Do Not Sell My Info – You can request that we do not sell your personal information to an outside party. For purposes of this privacy policy, “sell” means the sale, rental, release, disclosure, dissemination, availability, transfer, or other oral, written, or electronic communication of your personal information to an outside party for monetary or other valuable consideration, subject to certain exceptions in applicable law.  As described above, certain companies place tracking technologies on our sites, and those companies receive information about your activity on our sites that is associated with your browser or device.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.  When submitting the request, please ensure the authorized agent is identified as an authorized agent.

We collect and use the following categories of personal information as set forth in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 for the business and commercial purposes described in this Privacy Notice: identifiers; payment and customer records information; characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law (such as demographic information like gender and age); commercial information; internet or other electronic network activity information; geolocation data; audio, electronic or visual information; and inferences. We collect this Personal Information from the sources described above.

We disclose each of the foregoing categories of personal information to our service providers and with suppliers, service providers, business and advertising partners, advertising networks, data analytics providers, and social networks for our business purposes to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may “sell” the following categories of personal information: identifiers; payment and customer records information; demographic information; commercial information; Internet or other electronic network activity; geolocation data; and inferences.

If you reside in California, you also have the right to ask us one time each year if we have shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
